Building AI that
people actually adopt.

How I think
Three things I believe.
Technology succeeds when people adopt it.
The hardest part of AI implementation is not the model. It's trust, governance and organizational change.
AI amplifies knowledge quality.
Garbage in. Garbage out. RAG cannot fix poor information management.
The best AI disappears.
Users shouldn't need to understand prompts or embeddings. They should simply feel their work became easier.
Community
I started an internal AI community because I believed learning should be collaborative.
Today it connects colleagues across Southeast Asia, ANZ and Korea to share experiments, ideas and practical enterprise AI use cases.
Technology evolves quickly. Communities help people evolve with it.
Fun facts
Let's build AI that people actually
want to use.
Technology changes quickly. Good products endure.
